« We would highly recommend this property! It was just perfect for our family gathering in Lubbock, to celebrate our son’s graduation from Texas Tech! The host thought of everything in the house, and added so much more than a normal VRBO rental! Beds were super comfortable and all photos are representative of this very nice and new house! Our family really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games. Thank you for a wonderful 5-star stay! »

« The house was perfect for our needs. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space. Karen was so accommodating - leaving snacks and bringing over air mattresses when we needed one. She was very responsive and helpful in providing information on the area. We would stay there again! »

« The management cancelled us 2 hours before my family arrived. This caused a hectic 2 hours of searching for a place. VRBO was sold out at this time as well as most properties due to the Tech Graduation. The manager said they double booked the property but that wasn’t known until 2 hours before check-in? There should be something in place with VRBO to make sure you can count on a prepaid property and that this doesn’t happen. »

« The residence was quite inviting; host left several notes to aide; the only issue was the Wifi! The time spent was enjoyable and will consider this residence again in the future for TT football game or Med school graduation! »

« Great home, very cozy. We did not use much in the home since we were barely in it but they had everything if we needed it! Only thing I would say is their cleaning crew needs to check entire home, as previous guests left bags of trash in garage since there was no dumpster, so it was starting to smell bad. But I am sure it will be corrected when city brings new ones. Other than that, will definitely think of them again when I return! »
