« We had a very relaxing stay! The location felt nicely tucked away, offering peace and quiet, yet it was still close to where we needed to be for our family reunion, which was perfect for us.One of the highlights was spending time by the water around sunset—you might even spot an alligator, which made the experience feel unique and memorable. Our hosts were very nice and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The house itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a...

« This little cottage is clean, comfortable and beautiful. To top it all off, the lake view is amazing. Nat and Jocklyn were super nice, welcoming and communicated very well. They shared many cool things to do in the Clermont area; unfortunately we were only in town for a couple of days, so we didn’t have time to check them out. We did go to The View at Clermont National, which we would highly recommend for couples and whole families!! We got to meet Harvey their bulldog and he was a sweetie,...

« This cottage was great and had everything we needed. It was relaxing and cozy. You can walk down to a nice lake with benches, and it’s only a 5 minute drive from downtown Mount Dora which is such a quaint and small town with shops and restaurants. We also kayaked through Dora Canal and another lake. The hosts were kind and left us snacks and a bottle of wine too. We highly recommend it. It was a nice getaway weekend from St. Petersburg. »

Mount Dora

« Inside the house was very clean and decorated very nicely. The furniture in living room was cute, but not very comfortable. House was missing paper towels, hand towels in bathroom, and only one in kitchen. Communicated with host and the cleaner insisted to them towels were there. Sent pictures back to prove it to host with no further response. Owner apologized, but there was no solution. Outside the house the landscaping was run down and many plants were dead. Location is good, but a little far...

« Another wonderful visit at The Carlton. It is the perfect place to stay right in the middle of Mount Dora activities, and in a beautiful, comfortable space. And on top of it all, it is very pet friendly, but spotless and without pet odors. We love to be able to take our pup with us when we travel. The hosts should do a Master Class on how to furnish, supply, and host a Vrbo. They are experts at this, and it shows in all of their properties. They set the bar high, and never disappoint. Thank you!...
