« The place was nice and in a nice location. It had all the amenities you could really need, it was clean and the beds were pretty comfy. Parking was a little iffy but not too bad. The only complaint is that it's a two story and the top floor can be rented by someone else. The building is old and the floors are very creaky and if someone rents the place above you it can be very very noisy. « We rented this home to attend our son’s Navy graduation and truly appreciated how close it was to the Naval Base — such a convenient location! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was clear and responsive, and check-in was simple. « I really liked the space. Although I only traveled with 2 people, I was able to accommodate 8 family members overnight easily and could’ve slept probably 10. The location was great as well. Most places I visited in Lake County were under 30 minute drive. Gurnee, Round Lake, Zion. Non of the rooms have TV’s or bathrooms. There are two TVs in the house though and two bathrooms. « Great communication! There was an unfortunate issue with the first unit and they were able to pivot and have us in a new unit very close by within about 45 minutes of our arrival! The area is nice enough, but within a little over 2 hours of our arrival we heard sirens 6 times. We were really starting to question what we'd gotten ourselves into, but it was quite late so we decided to risk it and regroup in the morning. Turns out there's a hospital about 1/2 mile down the street. »

« Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. »

« If you are looking for a place to stay for the Naval graduation this is it. We stayed for my son’s graduation. It is about 15 minutes away from the base, it made it easy to go back and forth. There is plenty of places to eat and grocery stores. It has everything you will need to shower, wash close, cook and wine down and relax. The beds are very comfortable, it was 6 of us. We felt safe, and even though it looks older on the outside of the house the inside is very spacious and modern. The host...
