« Great house and location »

« We had a great time enjoying the beautiful water & springs. The house was clean & provided just about everything You could need. Small grocery store not far from the property to stock up on provisions. The property & small "beach" was absolutely perfect for the dogs too! »

« Great, clean home, conveniently located in downtown High Springs and many of the Springs. We brought our e-bikes and were able to ride to Poe Springs, the local restaurants, and brewery. If you're planning a trip to High Springs, you have to get a burger from Bev's! »

« Great view of river and lots of space in the home. Drive in was a little tight hor our boat but we made it work. Nice location for hopping on the river and spring hopping. Extremely well stocked kitchen supplies. »

« Great location to everything, property very spacious. Right next door to amenities, large pool and hot tub. A few things could use a handyman’s touch, but overall great place to stay and we would definitely stay again. »

« We had a wonderful stay. We caught lots of fish and a few scallops. The marinas have a place where you can clean all your fish and scallops. Just bring some ziplock bags for storage. And don’t forget a cooler. We needed a place to park the boat and rinse it every night after coming off the water and we were able to do just that! Can’t wait to book this place again next summer. »

« Our two families had a great weekend celebrating boys turning 11! We fished, explored and enjoyed a fire while checking out the night’s sky. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We are already talking about renting again soon! »

« This was a perfect fit for our needs. Traveled from out of town for a memorial of a family member and this place turned into a very comfortable and welcoming place to land each night. Kelly is top notch with communication! The house was VERY clean and well appointed. Would highly recommend! »

« Very clean, organized and well-stocked with towels, cooking utensils, a grill, kayaks, etc.Hosts were very helpful in answering questions. Had a TERRIFIC guest information book with info about grocery shopping, restaurants, emergency numbers. »

« Exactly as advertised. Great place for 2-4 cave divers to stay because plenty of space to dry gear and close to dive sites - particularly Little River Springs. Close to Branford - for dining and supplies. I will stay here again! »

« Great place, kids played volleyball, pickle baĺl and went swimming. Great location and the host, Guy was awesome. There was a fireant issue outside, however, overall everyone had a great time. »
