« My husband, niece & I were there for a family event. The house is a charming older home. The kitchen is small, but has everything you could possibly need! The stairs to the living room & bedrooms is off the kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. The outside deck with seating area is nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay’ »

« We were there about 5 days and were very pleased with our decision to do so. The property is quaint and comfortable with everything we needed. The host was very kind and interested in our well being while we were there. The drive to Kansas City every day was pleasant and very manageable. We will choose this location again when we return to this area. »

« We've stayed at the Guest House every year since 2019 when traveling back to MO to visit family and friends.The accommodations always meet our needs so perfectly, especially when bringing our two little Yorkies. Family and friends enjoy dropping by - plenty of space to relax and visit, and kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook up a meal. Easy access to everything in the area. Bre is wonderful to work with, and we actually plan our trip dates around the availability of the Guest...

« Excellent blend of economical and well cared for. Just what we were looking for. Pet friendly and did not seem like pets had been in the property. Property is a duplex. No problems with the neighbors. Does have slightly steep stairs. »

« I live in a noisy city and neighbourhood, so it was nice to stay at a place in a small town without homes close to each other where we could unwind after spending the day out and about. Access was easy, the beds were comfortable, and we had no issues making it a temporary home. Cute place. »

« This house was incredible. It had absolutely everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), laundry room, plenty of extra towels for pool. Pool, dog and kid toys. Everything was clean and in good condition. This has been our best rental experience to date. »
