« Good overall place to stay, some hick-ups, but it was 3 days after hurricane Debby went thru. »

« Just as Tamara described. Nice, clean condo with great views of Steinhatchee River. Gear locker on ground floor was very helpful. Communication with Tamara was excellent - responsive, professional and accomodating. We will be returning to stay at this condo in the future. »

« Condo was great! Convenient boat ramp. Will be even better when boat slips are back. Only thing, is that pool motor runs all night and very loud. Condo 1A. Owners can’t help that though. Lovely place »

« We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautiful with all the amenities to make your vacation unforgettable! The view is incredible with breathtaking sunsets and views of the gulf right from the balcony! The host was friendly and so helpful. A nice bonus was being able to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July from the front deck of the condo. We hope to go back soon! »

« This was a very convenient location to boat ramp. Everything the description said was accurate. We had no issues and the property manager was responsive, easy to work with. Would stay here again. »

« We had a great stay at this location, we will be returning next year. The boat ramp is right next to the building, making launch and retrieval very easy. The only thing you have to watch out for is the boat slips are reserved and very well marked, however other boaters choose not to pay attention. Maybe other management companies don't stress that enough, someone took our slip and the boat next to ours slip, not a huge deal but annoying when the slips are reserved. »
