« This was the 4th time we have rented this house. The house, location and surroundings are as beautiful this time as the 3 previous times we have stayed. There are Eagles and dolphins every day. We fished and caught a skate, a little shark, a couple of small fish and several pesky Blue Crabs. The location is remote but not far from shopping and activities. « Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others! »

« We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. »

« Very spacious, affordable property nestled off Richmond Road. Very clean, great hosts and the house had all the amenities needed. Can’t think of a thing they missed. Fresh eggs daily, if you like! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Williamsburg/Jamestown/Yorktown area. »

« It was an amazing stay. We were welcomed into a perfectly immaculate home that was exceedingly quiet the whole time. They have so many wonderful amenities right there. The only thing that took me by surprise was that one of the rooms is more of a loft because it doesn’t have a door on it. »
