« The property was very clean. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is very well stocked. If you need an appliance, it's probably in the kitchen. The yard was well kept as well. The only down side was that it isn't as close to the water as we had expected. You can see the river, but to get to it, you basically need to drive. And the confederate flag flying on the beach is a little disconcerting. It deterred me from going down there. »

« We had a great stay at this property. The rental was very clean! That is our number 1 priority and it delivered. The location is great, quiet neighborhood near all the attractions. Deficiencies in past reviews like the back door/AC not keeping up have been addressed. This place was very nice and would be a great place to stay for families with or without pets. « We had a family vacation with both of our adult sons and their family. With 4 busy grandchildren, this was a perfect property. Plenty of space for hide-and-seek and family meals. The outside space is generous. This condo is at some distance from the main activities, but very quiet with grass space to spare. »

« We had a wonderful stay on the York River and would definitely recommend this house! It was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The well-equipped kitchen, plenty of room to spread out, and three full bathrooms worked perfectly for our group of five adults. « One of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. For our 6 year old, the closets full of toys was like a treasure hunt! I’ve truly never stayed in such a kid friendly place. We stayed for over a week and could have stayed longer! Only downside was the train tracks with freight trains passing all hours of day and night, but it was a quirk of the place more than a detractor.
