« Exterior building photos were mis-leading, this unit is NOT the building in the pool picture. Actual building is rundown, an old couch and mattress dumped outside and exterior building is a safety concern. Due to the above, we want and stayed elsewhere. »

« This was an amazing little apartment. Airy bedroom with lots of closet space, small sitting room, good kitchen with spacious refrigerator, and clean bathroom with washer/dryer combo. The neighborhood is as good as it gets--walkable and safe, with restaurants and coffee shops on every corner. Parking was perfect, with a private lot that was respected by non-residents. My only warning is the long flight of exterior stairs, which might be a deal-breaker for those with disabilities. »

« The place is exactly as described.The furniture and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the coffee each morning. Joe checked on us to see if there was anything we needed. The location is great for walking to the many restaurants and bars in the area. Most attractions are less than 15 minutes away driving. We would stay here again if we return to St Louis in the future. »

« Amazing place and very clean. The location can not get any better. No matter which direction you walk when you exit the building there are great food options. The Piazza Imo view from the deck was absolutely beautiful day or night. The convenience factor alone is worth the stay. We just walked everywhere, no need to drive. We loved the friendly people and the feeling of being safe as we walked all over the Hill day and night. Thank you Debbie and Joe for the opportunity and it was nice meeting...

They said they would fix these issues but never supplied the missing essentials. As far as cleanliness, two of the beds had a dirty top sheet and the couch...
