The Neighborhood:
Princeton Heights is one of the safest, most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Take a stroll in the elegant 19th-century Victorian walking park known as Francis Park, or take the short drive over to Grand Blvd to sample the international cuisine and experience the eclectic bars of South Grand, Nestled away from the traffic of downtown in a beautiful neighborhood with great walkability, but still within striking distance of the city center, you'll be a short drive to basically every major tourist destination in St. Louis: Soulard (Anheuser-Busch Brewery, historic district, dining/nightlife), Lafayette Square (historic district), Downtown (the arch/Laclede's landing, Busch Stadium, the Scottrade center, dining/nightlife), the Central West End (Cathedral Basilica, Forest Park, World Chess Hall of Fame, dining/nightlife), the Grove (dining/nightlife), the Hill (historic district, Italian dining), the Loop (historic district, dining/nightlife).

☆ Long-Term Stays ☆

Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

☆Parking☆

There is usually free parking right in front of the building on Holly Hills (directly in front of the apartment)

We wanted to provide garage parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need it, so we've purchased a limited number of garage parking spaces, and (when available) rent the spaces for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

☆Pets☆

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

Bringing 3 or more pups along? Staying longer than a week? Message us before you book and we will send over a special offer with a discounted pet fee!

☆Rental Policy☆

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

☆Boarding Pass ☆

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

●Get directions to the property
●Access easy to follow photo check-in and check-out instructions
●Access guidebooks with FAQs about the property
●Purchase optional add-on services

Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:

1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services
2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check
3. Sign rental agreement
4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)

Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.

☆Cancellations + Alterations ☆

Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

Good location in safe South City neighborhood, close to restaurants. We liked the fenced in backyard and the fact that there’s a W/D in the basement. Kitchen could be better equipped (e.g. no foil, only two forks). Wish there was a TV in the bedroom and larger bathroom towels, but it was fine for a short stay. Expect moderate noise from neighboring units, as this is a first-floor unit in a fourplex. We could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around overnight. Not ideal for light sleepers. Plus side: pet friendly. Down side: expect to hear other dogs close by (wouldn’t recommend if your dog is set off by that).

This little apartment was the perfect place for my 6 week stay as I was househunting in STL! It is very clean and equipped with all you need. There is a nice big fenced yard if you bring your pup, and the neighborhood is great for walking. There are many shops and restaurants in walking distance, be sure to check out Cafe Zoomies almost in your back yard! I completely enjoyed my stay, it was the best possible home away from home.

This completely undated one bedroom in quiant Princeton Heights was the perfect place to stay. Very clean, fresh and new,very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom,and great TV. It is on a quiet street and walkable to cute and delicious restaurants,ice cream and coffee shop! Brandon was quick to respond to any questions we had. My husband and I highly recommend it!
