« Walter is an outstanding host. He generously allowed early check-in and late checkout and communicated easily in a very timely manner. Six large bedrooms and five bathrooms were perfect for our family group. Both kitchens were supplied with coffee makers and good coffee. « Definitely not as nice as the pictures make it look. Moving the car from front to back for check in and check out was inconvenient. Gate was broken so the gated parking that I was looking forward to wasn’t relevant. Bed was very worn down. Lots of noise from the house itself and even more from all the construction all around it (obviously the host cannot help that ) a few little things broken. It just was not what we were expecting. The Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. »

« Best part of the stay was the owner/manager who was just a text away to fulfil any request you have. This place was quiet and safe I stayed there for a week and there was plenty of free parking right in front of property. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our stay comfortable. »

« Our experience at this property was horrible. The host gave us an incorrect code for one of the units that resulted in wasting over an hour at check in to finally get the correct code. Multiple safety issues that violate VRBOs policies - loose handrail, outlets hanging from walls, exposed wires. Both units smelled of weed (even with explicit check in instructions that no smoking of any kind is allowed at the property). According to the listing linens are provided - but there were only 2 complete...

« The host was very helpful communicative with details about checking in and out. Amenities like coffee and paper towels were perfect for our short stay! Location was exactly what we needed for visits to the zoo and Forest park with lots of fun restaurants nearby. We can't recommend Clementine's vegan ice cream enough! It's not the host's responsibility at all and we're used to extra noise with kids, but there are some pretty barky dogs in the building during the day. »
