« No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house »

« We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to...

« Apartment was beautiful and roomy. Communication from Host was excellent. Always answered quickly and had great ideas. Finding the key was tricky but only took us a few minutes. All in all would stay there again on a return trip. »

« Very nice condo. But would leave few suggestions. Cannot turn bathroom light on without exhaust fan coming on. My sister says a kettle would be useful in kitchen. TV has no cable subscribed. I missed watching CNBC early morning. Overall, it's a very well furnished condo. Would love to come back in future. »

« Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! »

« It was awesome staying in the historic firehouse! The house was very clean and slept 10 people very comfortably. The location is great, and the host was very responsive before we checked in. We would definitely stay again. »
