« Only recommendation is regarding parking and that the entrance is behind via an ally access. There was plenty of street parking which helped! But address was in ally. Maybe mention that in property description. If it did mention, we didn't see it. Otherwise property was a great location and walkable to downtown! Host was very responsive during the booking process! Thank you, we had a nice stay! »

« I booked this for my mother. It was very comfortable, cozy, quiet and safe. A nicely done renovation with a picnic table outside to use. The welcome book had very clear instructions on how to use the heater and any appliances. The host was readily available when we had questions regarding the booking. She would definitely stay there again. Thank you for providing a lovely space! »

« We enjoyed our stay. Very new and clean unit. I gave it a 5 star but it was more like 4.5. The room needs a dining table and chairs and also some counter chairs that are the right height. The appliances are brand new but the refrigerator had not yet been plumbed for water so the ice maker did not work. Very convenient location and just a straight shot to downtown CDA. Also food trucks right next door and Jimmy’s Down the Street just a few blocks away. »

« Karl is a fantastic host. My husband and I (plus our Great Dane) stayed at his property for a weekend trip and enjoyed our stay very much.
