I did want to mention a couple things I found surprising based on the listing. One is that the listing says it has ‘dock access.’ This is not accurate. The house sits on a small lake. « My husband and I stayed the weekend for the Urbanna Oyster Festival. It’s only 10 minutes out and it was very clean and the owner was very accommodating.It over looks the water and is a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend staying there! »
