« Perfect place to rest and relax. The neighbors were awesome. We met a few and they were all very welcoming. The house is huge, we closed off the doors we didnt use and the basement is being finished. We could control the thermostat which at night made it hot on the house. The window ac we ran all day and night as it was hot during our stay.Randall was prompt on messages and i never tjpught to ask him if he had the thermostat in his control as it is a wifi thermostat. »

« The Widgeon Hole had all the basics we needed. But we really only slept and showered there for the four nights we were in Gackle visiting family. Plenty of beds to choose from but be aware most of them are downstairs in the basement, a roughly finished basement, but no door on one of the bedrooms down there. Needed the managers contact information in the logbook, also needed the WiFi password in the logbook. But we were able to contact the owner thru the listing and resolved the issues. Loved...
