« police get called everyday and it smells of mold and mildew!!! Its also roach city roaches crawling everywhere and on my stuff i had to remove everything and leave in my car!! Also bed was broken and window was broken so bugs crawled in just inhumane my clothes smelled like a homeless person had been wearing them because the entire place smells dirtyyyyyy and is dirtyyyy »

« The room was okay.... the front desk staff could have been friendlier. It sucks when you are not able to take breakfast to your room. I was traveling with my 80 years old mother who did not feel well enough to get dress and go eat at the restaurant. I find this to be an inconvenience. Therefore, we never got the free breakfast. People with disabilities or many elderly are not able to move to travel to get them something to eat. This was a real inconvenience. »

« I stayed 4 nights. Room was cleaned 1 nite only. I was told the cleaner sometimes did not get to all of the rooms because they allowed dogs and those rooms needed extra time. Heat lamp in BR was on and would not go off. I reported it. Did not fix. Internet was NON EXISTENT. I was traveling for work and had to use Hot Spot every day »

« Mt. Vernon has been around for decades and it is not in the best condition these days. The price was helpful as I was in a crunch cash wise. »
