« The facility was perfect for our situation. We were in the process of moving and it had plenty of room for all of our luggage and extra items and boxes. « The room was not clean and rather dilapidated I realize it's an older property however it was poorly maintained and not clean. The room was saturated with some kind of fabric spray or air freshener, especially the bedding, with this horrific and overpowering fake clean scent. Making a room smell "clean" doesn't actually make it clean! « Although the property inside is very nice, new and all the amenities, the location is awful. It is at a very busy intersection - I mean my bedroom was right on the sidewalk. And it is right across from the entrance to an emergency room, so ambulances all night. It felt like sleeping in the middle of the Indy Speedway. « The property itself was really good. Don’t wanna blast the listing just some areas that could be better in no particular order. Would’ve rated 4 1/2 stars if it gave me the option.- handrails - no rails on big set of steps going upstairs. At one point, my elderly parents were gonna go on this trip with us. They did not. That would’ve been a huge issue.- bathrooms - for a family of five the one bathroom was an ideal.- main couch was too low. Made it really hard to be comfortable sitting on it.-...
