« This was a diamond in the rough! We had a last minute trip to Hartsville and Coker College had their graduation at the same time so our normal place we stay was booked solid. We decided to give this location a try and we were very pleased. Excellent check in, very comfortable, very clean, beautiful lakeview. The amenities were just what we needed. We will consider this location the next visit we make to Hartsville. »

« First of all the minute I walked in the door. I noticed that the pictures that are advertised are not the same apartment that I was staying in. There was dead bugs on the windowsill Nats. There was literally fly paper hanging from the ceiling full of dead bugs this place is a rundown apartment advertise to be a luxury apartment not to mention the fact that it was 11 days without Internet there is no Internet in that apartment that they refused to fix it. « The home did not look like picures. The owner was prompt to respond and help us when we had concerns about what we found pice we arrived, but the property manager didn't answer. It was not far from Fort Jackson, and the condo was in a quiet neighborhood. Those were the only two positives. »
