« This is one of the, if not the best, rental experiences we've ever had. Cory was very accommodating, the place was immaculate, and the back patio and dock by the water were the perfect places to sit and relax. There is a gas station and liquor store across the street that made it easy to grab last minute needs. If we're ever back in town we'll stay here without a second thought. I could not recommend this place enough! »

I got a response at check in time that the unit had been sold and had no power. The owner did refund our money. However we were not able to book anything within a few miles of campus. »

There was literally fly paper hanging from the ceiling full of dead bugs this place is a rundown apartment advertise to be a luxury apartment not to mention the fact that it was 11 days without Internet there is no Internet in that apartment that they refused to fix it. « The home did not look like picures. The owner was prompt to respond and help us when we had concerns about what we found pice we arrived, but the property manager didn't answer. It was not far from Fort Jackson, and the condo was in a quiet neighborhood. Those were the only two positives. »
