« The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

« The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. "Avis très positif pour cet hôtel, surtout grâce à son emplacement en plein centre-ville de Cincinnati, qui permet de tout faire à pied. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. Le lobby m’a paru un peu froid et impersonnel, mais le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel agréable, disponible et souriant. Le gros point fort reste la situation : en plein centre, à proximité immédiate des restaurants et des principales attractions, ce qui est idéal pour se déplacer sans voiture. Autre atout pratique, le parking se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel, ce qui facilite énormément l’arrivée et le départ."
