« Very walkable and convenient. A warm, inviting setup with plenty of room for our group of five adults. Cleanliness was superb. It had everything we needed! Parking spots were a big plus. We hope to return in warmer weather, to enjoy the patio and porch! »

« A very lovely home for us (family of 4) to spend Christmas. The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, nice kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and sitting areas. Location was perfect for us due to being only blocks away from my parents. »

« The home was cute and comfortable. It's not immediately in the action of town but close enough to walk. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and the house felt clean. The couch and chairs in the family room were not the most cushy but fine enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here! »

« This flat was wonderful! Everything felt very clean and luxe, the kitchen had a great set up for cooking, and the sofa bed made it a perfect space for 3 people. The location was amazing— very walkable to Federal Hill, downtown, and had lots of restaurants/coffee shops around. The host was very responsive with our questions. He was accommodating when our flights in were delayed and flights out were late in the evening. »

« We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...
