« This is a beautiful property in a nice, spacious and quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was smooth. On the day of arrival the dishwasher was fully loaded with dirty dishes. We pulled out the daybed and found the television remote among dirt and litter. There were used towels on the floor behind the door in the main bedroom. »

« This place suited us so well. They had everything needed for our stay. The inside is all very new or in new condition. The house is very clean. They respond in timely manner to messages sent or questions you may have. They are very accomidating for sure. We all slept really well every night. The location was great for us, we were there to spend time with family. Highly recommend renting from them. »

« 10/10!! we LOVE staying here here at The Barn! we took advantage of the hot tub every second we could! love the communication with the hosts! very quick to respond and susan is wonderful!! as soon as we got settled in, we devoured the wonderful homemade bread! i cannot say enough nice things about this stay!!! thank you so much for letting us stay for our 2nd year in a row! »

« Such a cute, historic space. Great location for visiting our family in St Louis and allowed us to easily walk to historic St Charles for ice cream and charm. Convenient to drug stores and fast food as well. Welcome book and snacks were also a nice touch! Our family of five enjoyed our stay. »

« Great historic area and property was conveniently located for our visit to Alton & Grafton.The restaurant right across the street was a great spot for dinner our first night. The room arrangements worked out great with two bedrooms on one side of home and the other one on opposite (above garage loft).Stairs to two bedroom side are steep and narrow - fine for our stay but would create issues for elderly guests.Would definitely consider staying again if available during our next visit down. »

« This home is absolutely lovely! We really enjoyed the spa theme throughout, but the master bedroom and bathroom were so impressive and very tastefully designed to really make you feel like you were staying in a resort. The home was well appointed, and the owners seemed to think of everything. The instructions made available throughout the house were really helpful. We were visiting family nearby, and I would love to stay here again the next time we visit. »
