« Mark was very accommodating & quickly responded to any questions I posed. It’s a wonderful peaceful retreat with lots of wildlife. If not for our Madison Regatta music schedule for the weekend we would have enjoyed this gem even more! There was nothing we didn’t have in the way of kitchen necessities or throughout the household. Very nice place to vacation or weekend getaway! »

« The place was immaculate!! Communication with Kelly was fantastic the whole stay. Great location for getting around Madison. Kelly is a great hostess - lots of extras at the place - ie a basket of goods if you forgot anything, cups to get you started, umbrellas if needed, games, charging station, etc. Would definitely stay again »

« Rustic county charm with plenty of privacy. Exactly what our family was looking for when visiting the Jackson County Fair and taking one last quick trip to unwind before school starts back up. Great walking trails around the property and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking our meals. The host was very generous and provided quick communication. Easy check in and check out. « Great walkable property! Madison was a great town to visit and the whole group enjoyed their stay at this property. Having three bathrooms was essential for our group. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Both types of coffee makers and pods provided. Host was responsive when I had questions. 5 star stay! »
