« This property was incredible. The main house has plenty of space, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are two living areas, whereas the downstairs living area was easily converted into a sleeping area for my daughter and baby. In addition to the main house, there was a small cottage. It was a very functional, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a full kitchen. We had a large group so that additional space was wonderful. Behind the cottage was a huge backyard, not typical for any home...

« Dennis was a very understanding and responsible host! The morning of our stay, Dennis found out that the power to the house was cut by the power company due to high winds. He was kind enough to send a message and then also call me to let me know. We were able to find a different place to stay and Dennis refunded our money in full. I was sad to not have stayed at this place, but hope in the future to try again! Thank you, Dennis, for communicating so thoroughly with us! »

« We had a fabulous time. It is the most peaceful comfortable place to stay. Plenty of room… as well as an excellent kitchen. Laura had so many extras for us. She thought of everything! It is by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. We did serval hikes while we were there and have every intention of coming back. There’s so much to do. If you are in the fence about this place, don’t be, you will not be disappointed. »

« Seamless experience - parking, access and unit instructions were clear and concise. The basement suite was perfect for two of us and had all the things we needed plus some. Grocery, fast food and non fast food were all within a 10min drive and we made it to the upper north lot of Red Rocks in 15min which included several minutes stopped to watch deer cross. We really appreciated the house kitties who welcomed us - great stay, great experience. »
