« We stayed here a couple times while we were in the Denver area for an extended period. One of the best VRBO places we have ever stayed at. Place was perfect with all the amenities and everything new and clean. Nothing more is needed as they have everything to cook with and in a great West Arvada location close to a nice walking path and close to outdoor hiking locations and Golden. Host is amazing and quick to respond for anything that you might have a question on. Check-in and checkout...

« The view from the house is really tremendous! We spent Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was very well equipped and well stocked with cookware Given the amount of glass and where it's located, the house was very warm and draft free. The house was clean and he beds very comfortable. The only negative for us was that the furniture is a little sparse, but it s exactly as pictured on the listing. So that was as I expected. All in all a great stay. »

« This property was incredible. The main house has plenty of space, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are two living areas, whereas the downstairs living area was easily converted into a sleeping area for my daughter and baby. In addition to the main house, there was a small cottage. It was a very functional, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a full kitchen. We had a large group so that additional space was wonderful. Behind the cottage was a huge backyard, not typical for any home...

« Dennis was a very understanding and responsible host! The morning of our stay, Dennis found out that the power to the house was cut by the power company due to high winds. He was kind enough to send a message and then also call me to let me know. We were able to find a different place to stay and Dennis refunded our money in full. I was sad to not have stayed at this place, but hope in the future to try again! Thank you, Dennis, for communicating so thoroughly with us! »
