Comté de Jefferson - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« Felt completely duped by the property description. The staff was nice but the property was not great at all. »

« PROS : great location, walking distance to downtown. great price. newer BBQ on porch. host readily available. CONS : no where to put your clothes. we put our suitcases on one of the two couches as our dresser. if we were only there for a day it would be no big deal, but for 3 days it was a not ideal. window in shower was see through with a 2 story home next door looking down on you. no steak knives in cutlery drawer so to BBQ a steak it was tough to cut with a butter knife.SUGGESTIONS : take one...

« The property is super dirty, flies everywhere and no screen on the window. The shower drain is clogged and I requested refund on the spot and told they will but after many calls and tickets raised, they refused the refund 3 times. Now I will request a charge back from my visa issuer. This property is a scam and the 10/10 rating is definitely fake, avoid at all costs! I gave them enough time and chance to make it right but seems I have to make them look bad this time. »

« I reserved a 2 bedroom townhome and was given a 3 bedroom chalet for the same price. There was a dark hair on the toilet seat. Loved the area and places to walk. Felt safe. »

« The information regarding where to go to check in could have been much clearer. »
