« Arrive a little past check in time. Did not know how to get in. Finally got key code and it was wrong, so cleaning lady brought us a code. We got in, started looking around and bed was filthy and we pulled out couch bed and could not find the linen or pillows. Finally found them stuff away in coffee table. « We had no hot water the whole stay when I contacted them they took hours to get back to me and let me know that they couldn’t fix it and then say they will give me 35 return for it. Me and my children had to go our whole vacation without a shower this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. »

« Let me be brutally honest. The place was in a decent area and quiet. Was easy to find. However, it was not cleaned at all, stains on the sheets of both bed, crumbs in bed, dirt on floor. Not too mention there was no cold water for the shower, so in order to take one, we would have to burn our skin. Tried multiple times to contact and no answer. Finally got ahold of automated service. Nobody would do anything. Nobody checked. Had to leave early. Seems like they do not care about the people...
