« The outdoor are was a little shabby, but the room made up for that. This little apartment was rustic and cozy. The bath tub was enjoyable and the floor in the bathroom heat up. The decor was cute. There re is a sink, stove, mini fridge and thing to cook with and eat on. The stay was quiet and the best part is our dogs could be with us for free. Door dash options were unlimited. Thanks for a nice stay. »

« Parking was fine but getting back up the driveway was difficult. Best to have 4-wheel drive! Great spot for quiet unless the big house is occupied by a noisy group. That was not our experience though. Easy commute to town. Would definitely stay again! Thanks! »

« The condo was extremely dirty with dry wall all over the floor and counters that got all over all our clothes. Had musty smell. Owner did not disclose that downstairs was also a VRBO and we thought it was a spa and heard people yelling and arguing at 2am. Overall negative experience would not recommend. Oh also AC barely worked was very hot »

« The location of this rental is excellent. It’s central to many great wineries and restaurants in Loudon County. Family Station Gastropub has great food, generous portions and friendly staff. This apartment (#4) was very clean with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. All that said, the water situation needs addressing. First, it’s incredibly rusty and never goes away.
