« It is a nice and quiet cabin on a secluded area with mountain view. We enjoyed the cozy napping on the porch in the afternoon, walking in the evening and star gazing at night. This is the experience we never had before The location is close to places we went, like McDonald Observatory, Davis Mountain State Park, etc. Rooms are clean and Jennifer answered my question quickly. We will definitely stay here again if we have a chance visiting the area next time. »

« The cabin is perfectly located if you are looking for seclusion and beautiful mountain views. We were pleasantly surprised that you could see McDonald observatory (Mount Locke) from where we're at. Even though the house comes with everything you need, be sure to stop at the store for groceries before you head in. « It was clean and lots of privacy. Nice size yard with nice outdoor furniture and fire ring. The sofa pull out bed has some bent metal bars and wouldn’t stay flat. Barn doors were a bit tricky keep close. Shower needs to be hand held. Lots of thorny sticker burs in yard. We had to work hard to remove them from shoes. The property manager and owner were helpful. When we told them we forgot something at the property, they helped collect the items and let us pick up. »

« I did not stay here because I had been given the wrong door code. It took the host half and hour to respond and then I still not get the correct code. I was very tired from my drive and so when host did not respond I got a hotel room. »

« Great spot with room for a large group. On the outskirts of Marfa and quiet except for the occasional train. We would gladly come back. »
