« I have stayed at many Estes Park properties over the years and this was one of the best. Close to downtown but private and secluded on the side of a mountain. Lots of wildlife seen from the deck. Beautifully redone bathrooms on the upper levels and a huge kitchen. This was a long weekend trip for college friends and it was perfect. »

« It was absolutely gorgeous, and huge--larger than expected! Views were incredible!You just need to know that the lock on the back door was broken when we arrived--it does not lock. »

« Our family of 10 (6 adults/4 children) was very comfortable staying here. Its walking distance to Grand Lake Lodge was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and even had all the kid stuff we needed. There is no A/C but we were able to cool down the bedrooms at night by opening windows and running fans. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the back deck view was breathtaking. This was a fantastic rental home experience. »

« Amazing townhome - beautiful location, immaculate home with everything we needed and more! We received a beautiful welcome basket upon arrival. She was so responsive to our questions and her recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area were fabulous. We may make this an annual event - highly recommend! »

« A great spot that fit the family perfectly. Easy to walk to the base of the gondola. The community pool was especially fun for the kids. »

« This location is just as described. It's GREAT. Just off the YMCA property, it's quiet and just the best getaway. Well supplied kitchen and plenty of sleeping space. The host was responsive and everything was just super easy. We would definitely consider staying again! »

« The house was very clean, and comfortable. Located close to town but not right in the madness. Lots of sleeping room and bathrooms. Hot tub worked great and was clean. »

« Wow, stunning house and location! We had 11 adults in our group and it was a perfect fit. The views from the house were amazing and we were minutes from RMNP entrance plus only a short drive to Grand Lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Kami was a FANTASTIC host and gave us great tips for trails, hikes and activities. The moose in the back yard was nothing short of incredible!!! Highly recommend, would love to come back! »
