« This is a great place for two couples. Both bedrooms have king bed and there are two full bathrooms. It is on the river and also next to a restaurant. We were lucky enough to have several elk wander in behind the condo one morning. The location is close to town and not far from the entrance to RMNP. We love staying here and plan to do so in the future. »

« We had a wonderful time with family! The house was well-equipped and had plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and comfortable, and the pool was conveniently close. A couple of suggestions—some updated frying pans and a few more towels, especially for the pool and hot tub, would be great additions. Overall, a great stay! »

« The house was clean & spacious. The kitchen was well stocked.. we were able to have a cookie baking day & prepare meals for 16 people everyday. The host, Julie was quick to respond to our questions. She called to make sure we got into the house ok & reviewed how things worked. We appreciated the small touches..Kleenex, night lights, a broom & vacuum stick, throw blankets. The location was perfect..close to downtown Estes as well as the park entrance. Would highly recommend for large groups! »

« Quaint, vintage cottage with an interesting history. Only one side of oven in range worked and one burner on range top didn't work, but we made it work. Top drawer of dishwasher didn't work as well. The cottage was in walking distance of downtown and has a very quaint, cozy vibe with a nice gas fireplace. Very nice view of Long's Peak in a quiet neighborhood. We had a bull elk grazing in the back yard one morning. »
