« We absolutely loved this Condo! Condo had every single thing that we needed, nothing at all was left out. While the temperatures outside were high 80s low 90s, it was so refreshing to be able to sit in our condo that had air-conditioning! The owners were super accommodating as well, with allowing us to have a late checkout. When staying in Steamboat Springs, this unit is definitely a must! Thanks for taking care of us so well! We will definitely be back, and if available, will stay in this...

« The location of the condo was perfect, with easy parking directly by the condo. The amenities were a lot of fun and we enjoyed the shuffleboard table, arcade machine, and Xbox. The kitchen was nicely appointed. On the negative side, the beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows need replacing. »

« We just had time for a quick 2-night stay in Grand Lake and were looking for something quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed this place. Small but roomier than I expected. The living area was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed sitting on the patio or in the room on the sofa with the patio door open while listening to the river flow just a few feet away.
