Imagine enjoying your morning coffee/evening glass of wine or the best: falling asleep to the sound of the Tonahutu River (Small River) directly behind this 1 bedroom condo - Riverfront Paradise #3. This Riverfront hideaway will make all of your worries drift away after a day of enjoying the area, enjoying unlimited hiking or exploring the 3 major lakes - you will enjoy coming home to just relax, by the warmth of the river rock fireplace or take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and make a wonderful meal. At nights end, enjoy a movie night or favorite show on the flat screen TV before hitting the comfy King size bed (and Queen pull-out + a fold away twin bed) for a tranquil nights sleep. The LazyBoy Queen pull out couch with memory foam mattress is so comfy! We also have Riverfront Paradise #1 right next door – perfect for another couple. Stay cozy warm with in floor radiant heat. Zoom meeting? Online school? Our Wifi is fast - 200mbps!
This condo is right next door from the Historic Rapids Lodge & Restaurant where you can enjoy a gourmet meal while enjoying the River view. We are just a 3 minute walk to Grand Avenue where you can spend an afternoon trying different restaurants, shopping or roam through the historical Kauffman house Museum for a trip back in time. Just 2 blocks to the Lake and Grand Lake Marina, where you can rent a pontoon boat, fishing boats, canoe, kayaks or standup paddleboards or simply relax on the small beach with a tasty ice cream cone. Both immaculate & cozy inside with a River Rock gas fireplaces & every detail you could think of including WIFI, Cable TV, books, toys, board games, private Washer/Dryer, pack-n-play, sheets & towels, Fully furnished kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, platters, bowls, crockpot, coffee maker, blender & so much more.
We are just 1 block to town – 2 blocks to Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park Entrance (5 minute drive), snowmobile trails (5 minute drive) and the Grand Lake Golf Course (6 minute drive), Winter Park ski resort (40 min) or Ski Granby Ranch (20 min). The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, blender, mixer, coffee maker; you will have everything you need to cook a nice meal including some basic spices and condiments. Wifi is fast - 200mbps!

Great location walking distance to downtown Grand Lake. Creek off the patio was great. House was very clean. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the bed was a little hard for our liking but didn’t take away from a good experience.

My wife and I enjoyed a 5-night stay at this peaceful property. Easy parking and check in process. The condo was well stocked with all the necessary supplies for our stay. My wife really enjoyed the sound of the water out the back door and would sit on the rocks drinking her coffee most mornings. The condo's close proximity to town, RMNP, and hiking made this an ideal location. It is an easy 5 minute walk to downtown or the dock, or 15 minute drive to RMNP. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat.

We loved this little place! So charming right on the river and the stone fireplace was very homey. I wish the “flames” on the electric fireplace were a little brighter/bigger but it heated the unit nicely. The kitchen was reasonably equipped and we enjoyed making dinner “in” a couple of nights. The property manager was responsive and helpful when we needed to get logged back into the Roku TV. I unfortunately slipped in town and broke my ankle the day before checkout so we very much appreciated them accommodating a couple of extra hours for checkout the next day. Thank you for a great stay (despite the broken bones which had nothing to do with this great little place!)

I loved this little condo by the stream on the she of town. Very walkable to the Hub for breakfast or Sagebrush BBQ for dinner, and a great base for hiking in RMNP.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and very much enjoyed our time. The proximity to the downtown area was much more appealing than I anticipated. Really enjoyed the creek out back. It was a tad cool at night to keep the window open but that was a big bonus to sit on the patio with a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds. We would definately make a return trip.

We saw a a hawk and marmots right from the living room! You can hear the water flowing outside. It's a lovely spot. The condo though is a bit dark and could use refreshing.

Great place with the river flowing right past the deck outside. Loved the sound of the water flowing right by. It is was cleaned very well and prepared nicely for our visit. The host is very responsive and was happy to accommodate us even though we booked pretty last minute.

This unit has wonderful location that backs right up to the river. Easy walking into town. My main complaint with this unit is the storage is awful and they need more bedding and towels. If they spend a few hundred dollars on bedroom furniture, it would be much better. The closet has a rollaway bed in it that you have to move into the living room to have room for clothes. Bedroom furniture does not have drawers, just shallow open shelves. This makes unpacking almost impossible. It’s a shame because there’s plenty of room to put some kind of dresser with drawers. They have a rollaway bed, but there was no sheets for it, and though there were extra pillows, they were no extra pillowcases. Also, there was only two towels for the unit. Overall, if you’re after Location relative to the river and easy walk to town, it’s a good unit.

This was the perfect spot for part of our group to stay (while the rest of the group stayed in other rooms in the same building). The river right outside the door is phenomenal (but loud), at least in June. Nice to have a washer & dryer. Great spot!

We love staying in Grand Lake when we visit RMNP. This condo was everything as advertised. The location was great. It was quiet and the river behind it was beautiful. Main drawback here for me was I prefer a softer bed. This bed was very hard. I hardly slept at all while here. This might cause me to reconsider staying here again. Otherwise, it is a great condo.
