« This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). This was a major frustration

« First and foremost - Steve (manager/owner) was super responsive to all of my many, many questions and very friendly to boot!The location is terrific. Walking around the neighborhood and seeing a bunch of historic mansions was really neat. There are lots of grocery stores nearby. And if you like pickleball, there are courts not too far away. Host would not pick up phone, did not answer text of voice messages until we spoke directly to VRBO. At the end, not what we preferred, but had to leave premises because the issue was not attempted to get resolved. About 9:30 that night, the 8 guest had to find somewhere to stay. »
