« The apartment was clean and we had no trouble with it. The only thing is that there’s no parking spot assigned and it’s really hard to find an open one near the apartment. »

« This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. This is to say, it was bare bones, safe, clean, roomy, and very manageable. It was as advertised. Common kitchen and bathrooms. BRING A TOWEL!! I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am. »

« Appartement au 2 eme étage d’une maison, avec vue incroyable sur NYC. Il est situé côté West NY., Jersey. 3 modes de transport en commun, bus, light train et bateau,, rapide et facile pour aller à NYC. Le bateau reste cher! Lits confortables. Appartement très bien mais manque réellement d’une belle décoration… »

« Première fois à Nex-York pour nos ados. Afin de pouvoir profiter de plus de plaisirs à New-York nous avons fait le choix de ne pas loger dans Manhattan afin de payer un peu moins cher. Et nous ne regrettons pas du tout ce choix ! L'appartement dispose d'une vue de première classe sur la Skyline ! Le bus est au pied de l'appartement pour rejoindre Manhattan et il y a un Lidl pour faire les courses a à peine 10 minutes à pied. « Very clean, a/c in both rooms, extractor fan in bathroom. Host was very keen to please. Walmart, other shops, transit system all within walking distance. Location was quiet neighourhood. Hosts very accommodating. »

« Our stay was below expectations. The property was dusty throughout, and the living room sofa was visibly unclean. The listing also failed to disclose that the unit required climbing two flights of stairs, which was extremely difficult with carry-on luggage and two senior travelers.The floors, kitchen island, and bathroom were dusty upon arrival, making it seem the property had not been properly cleaned. There were several maintenance issues, including a loose toilet seat lid, an old and sticky...

« The property is clean, the host is great with communication, and the location is excellent, especially with the train nearby for easy access to New York. One thing to mention is that, being in a lively area, there can occasionally be some noise from cars in the early morning, people outside, or footsteps from other guests. That said, this is not something the host can really control, and overall I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again. »
