Comté de Howard - Nos plus belles villas de location

« We rented the 2-bedroom section of the property for 60 nights (April/May, 2026). The villa was comfortable for the two of us and we especially enjoyed the peaceful and serene setting of the property. The main bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen/dining/living area enabled an easy domestic routine and the spaces were well supplied with the basic necessities. A highlight of the villa was, for us, the setting- quiet, serene, peaceful yet very close to areas of interest...

« Nice space and plenty of room. Path to off-street parking a little tricky to navigate but still worth it to not have to contend with permit-only street parking. »

« Only major issue was not very clean. It was a work trip. All men . So was fine for what we needed. If it was a family trip or vacation never would have stayed . »

« While the property was neat and orderly inside, the back patio space and fire pit were unusable because there are rats outside. It was very disappointing that we were unable to sit outside for fear of rats touch, biting or crawling on or around us. Also, the stairs leading to the upper two bedrooms are very steep and those two rooms were very hot and only had fans. »

« For our group, this property was awesome! Close to everything, easy to get to, clean, as described and to top it off the host were not only extremely accommodating, but excellent communicators! We'd highly recommend and if we ever get into DC and need a place this large, we'll be sure to rebook! Thank you again for an excellent stay! »

« The house looks exactly how it looks in the listing. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was coffee, tea with the necessary accoutrements. A bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms and a fourth in the hall off the dining room. The hosts are SUPER responsive and even set up parking for us ahead of our stay. The location is terrific with short walk to Florida Ave where you can find a coffee shop and a few restaurants and I was able to quickly order groceries a couple of times during my stay....

« Very nice home with good sized bedrooms. Delicious deli within walking distance. The hosts answered all our queries very quickly. All amenities were as stated, but guests should know there are not interior stairs between the bedroom levels. Think of it as two apartments. This wasn’t an issue for our group. Everything was very clean! »
