« Strange odor in lobby and hallways…..not drugs or smoke, just very odd smell. Very little lighting in room. Smoke alarm base was attached to wall but no actual alarm. »

« Manager at check-in was a bit abrupt/rude and difficult to understand. The room was clean, the AC stressed a bit but worked, and the water was hot in the shower At about 9:00am the morning we were to checkout, which was at 11am, the manager just opened the door of our room. No knock, no announcement of “housekeeping”, just unlocked and was heading in. »
