« This was one of our best stays we’ve ever had. Very charming, beautiful, clean, and the host thought of everything anybody would ever need. The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. Our only (small) issue was that we could hear people loud and clear through the walls while we were trying to sleep as if they were in the room with us. Fortunately, they were not around and loud for very long periods of time, so it was a brief disturbance. We will definitely visit, again! »

« Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling) »

« Five stars! This place was exactly what we were looking for. It is highly walkable to downtown with plenty of activities nearby to keep us entertained. There is a nice, close park and public library next door. Also lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping steps away. We spent a lot of time just sitting out on the deck enjoying the beautiful space. The host was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely book this property again! »

« Do not book this property! Arrived and it smelled musty. The yard was shin high, not mowed and the fire pit was dirty and no firewood. Had an issue with the gas stove, called the host. Ended up having called the fire department on our own, they recommended we get our stuff out. It was 11 o’clock at night and went to a hotel. Had booked three nights only stayed one night and no compensation.! Hosts were not helpful and we’re quite rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED »

« Love the location of this place with it being right downtown and close to a few places to eat. That being said, traffic can get a little loud! Comes as a warning that there are stairs…they are definitely more difficult when having to carry luggage up/down them, so take that into consideration if you’re bringing a lot. We were only there one night and our kids are old enough to help so it was fine. Not sure that the air was working great - would have liked it a little cooler while sleeping....
