« They have thought of everything. The location is perfect right there by everything to if you want you can walk. Love the theme that’s is going on . So peaceful. The donut shop literally right across street came in handy to when dad was hungry and we weren’t ready he got a donut hold him over . I loved that they also recognize first responders here and in the whole town.When I come back I will stay here again. Btw loved the orange pot pans not sure how they knew that was my favorite color lol....

« We loved every minute of our time at Whispering Pines and in Mt. Ida. We were able to disconnect and enjoyed much needed family time. We loved the hammocks, fire pit, creek and the hiking near the cabin. We didn’t do everything g we wanted and everyone was ok with that! The cabin was so cute and clean and the kids loved having for life upstairs to sleep in. »

« Great experience. Wonderful place to relaxed and enjoy a peaceful, quiet getaway to help heal and restore your mindset and soul while surrounded by nature and beauty. Also for the kid in all of us a place to gather and play some pool, cards, gather by a bonfire sharing some stories while consuming marshmallows or s'mores, watch some movies in a comfortable and private surrounding or talk a walk along some paths leading to a creek or quite clearing in the woods for a picnic. « The property was secluded and relaxing. It was a nice change of pace from the others I’ve stayed in, that have several other cabins within view. We loved the privacy of the part of the lake that was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the peddle boat and kayaks that are provided. The only negative takeaway was how steep the hill is to and from the lake area. To the point I wouldn’t drive our suv down it in fear of being stuck at the bottom. Overall this was an A place to stay! »

« What a gem! Quiet, peaceful and well thought out furnishings. Great beds and linens make for a great stay! We truly enjoyed our time here, 12 minutes from marina. This will be one our go-to’s for summer fun!!! »
