« The check in area was dirty, so we asked to check the room before checking in. The room was dirty, there were muddy boot prints on the carpet, beds slept in and people were hanging out in the parking area. We did not feel safe staying there so we said no to a different room and stayed at a different inn. I feel a refund is in order. »

« Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. »

« The staff was courteous, especially Kumar, and I am assuming his son. The rooms were clean, and smelled fine. The floors took a little while to warm up, but other than that, climate control in the room worked great. I would visit this establishment again. »

« Good - It was cheap, clean towels. Overall, was what expected for the price. Bad - room was "non-smoking" but had ashtray and about midnight cigarette smoke was rolling under the adjoining doorway from the office...had to get up and pile bath towels around base of door to try and minimize the stank. Desperately need new pillows - would be better with a bath towel! »
