« Manager is rude and doesn’t let you get one word out to explain anything to. I am homeless and stay here when I can but I was late few days for paying and they just did lock out but he wants payment eight at checking out time or he will kick us out is what he just told us today and charged me more »

« While the staff was great and the room clean, that's where it stopped. The bed was terribly hard and there was no coffee maker in the room or the lobby. Fortunately we were only stopping for one night. »

« Clean and incredible value, the two queens room can amply cover a family of four with pets, just a short distance off the Ohio Turnpike. I stayed here three nights and the staff were amazing! I had a fall exhausted from a cross country drive, they were able to pull me up, and ensured my safety and comfort until my family could get to me. Am deeply grateful to the desk clerk and her family. Truly a family hotel. »

« When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me. »
