« Often you don't get to meet the host in person, however, this time we had that opportunity. This makes all the difference. They were very friendly and customer focused. Before we arrived, I had asked the host if there was firewood for the firepit and he said no. However, when we arrived, Roland went out of his way to purchase bundles for us.
