« We have rented large reunion places before. This one looks better online than it was in person. Functionally everything worked, but the decor and furniture were highly dated, hence four stars instead of five. The cleanliness was OK except in the basement, which was very dusty. We had great conversations with the owner. He was very cooperative and easy to deal with. The one disappointment was the hot tub was not working. The pool however, was terrific. »

« Beautiful modern farmhouse. We wish we could have stayed more than one night. In a quiet country setting but still close to Ruoff music center and downtown noblesville. Very clean and had everything needed for our stay. It was nice to check in at 2:00, we had time to make dinner, and get ready for our girls night out at a concert at ruoff. We also were close to a college friends coffee and donut shop, (“Fluff “ Shop) so was able to stop by and surprise her! Delicious coffee...

« We stayed here 2 nights for an early Thanksgiving Weekend with our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The house is in a wooded setting and was large enough to accommodate our group without feeling crowded. It was very clean and communication was good. Check-in was easy and internet was good. There is no TV so we brought one and a Roku and we were able to stream programs. The kitchen was well supplied with some basic spices and coffee. Additional dishes and silverware would be nice...
