« This is a great property for a couple. Me and the wife went up with two jet skis and we had a really good time. Has a nice dock with two slips. Boat ramp is right down the road. There is a hill going from the property to the water but it is what it is. It is a fairly steep hill. My wife is partially handicapped and she had a hard time on it. Excellent place to stay. I highly recommend it »

« Perfectly situated between the Blue Ridge Parkway and Floyd! The host is delightful and the property is a slice of heaven looking out over a quiet meadow! I had my coffee outside watching the barn swallows, biue jays, robins and cardinals mingle with the deer. It was serene! Then just a short drive into Floyd to take in the local flare. The Parkway is close and fun to take a relaxing drive doen yo Mabry mill. All in all a plus 5 on all accounts! »

« Check in was simple and easy. There is not a stove or oven to cook on only a microwave. You have to bring something to cook on or use the grill outside. I’m glad I brought a hot plate to cook on because at approximately 7 pm the sprinkler came on and wet the entire grill. The private beach was cute but wasn’t so private. The host that actually lives upstairs was using the beach with a friend during our stay. Also the entire place isn’t yours just the basement. The dog that he said would stay...

« Mariner's Landing is a great property with great on-site amenities. There's a nice pool, a lovely little lake beach, and a restaurant on site. The property is very clean and well-maintained.The studio condo we rented was also very nice. Very clean, nicely maintained. There were some nice, unexpected touches - coffee, shampoo, lotion, and other personal care items. I highly reccommend both Mariners Landing and this condo. »
