My FIL is handicapped and uses a walker, and although it’s not purposed to be handicap friendly, it was very accommodating and spacious in which he was able to maneuver with ease throughout the property. « This is 99.9% exactly how described. Your water view is slightly obstructed due to trees on the shore that the owner isn’t allowed to do anything about. Very charming and cute.
