« The apartment has a fabulous view. We visited during a very snowy weekend, we appreciated the indoor garage parking.Here are things that could be improved for future guests. The code for lockbox provided in the PDF was not accurate. I had to reach out to Traveler's comfort for assistance after several minutes of struggle with the wrong code. Same for wifi-incorrect code. Cleanliness and disrepair are top categories that were lacking. Corners of rooms had dust, hair and leftover cleaner fluid....

« This was the perfect place for my Mpls stay, walking distance to so many great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, tons of closet space. And even though there was no dedicated parking spot I always found street parking very close. »

« Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. « Location was great but if I knew about the parking before I booked and how far I had to walk from parking garage and through the garage I would not have booked. Host sent a canva presentation with clear pictures but still confusing. Parking lot is one way in and one way out so it is tricky turning car around. Apartment had horrible animal smell and musty.
