« The home itself was nice, but there were issues with lack of communication about using the back gate. We had to wait until 4 to check in although the home was ready at like 2 pm and I explained we had small children that could use the time in for naps. There would have been a fee for that and honestly the rate per night for this part of Evansville was already steep as it’s not the nicest area. Also, the previous guests left a gun in the home.
