« The house is conveniently located just off Hwy 41..Communication between the host and I was very good. Reasonably priced stay. There were some cleanliness issues which I brought up to the host. He assured me they would be taken care of , and apologized for them. An overall good stay. »

« We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We drove 800 miles to surprise family for a few days and were met with many small inconveniences at this property related to cleanliness and functionality. The host was quick to respond and try to make things right which was appreciated. The house was very basic with minimalist decorations which was really nice while traveling with a toddler. We would stay at this property again in the future. »

« Three of us were in town for a week-long event at Kentucky Wesleyan College. Kevin's place was the perfect retreat for us only a few blocks away from campus. He was a responsive host, answering questions both before and during our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and as presented online. We appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood (for sleep) and the stocked kitchen (for meals). It was too hot to try out the hot tub, but we sure appreciated the air-conditioning! »

« Love the location of the bungalow. Beautiful area. The house was clean and the host communicated well. The kitchen had a nice assortment of appliances and cookware. The parking was adequate but if you have multiple cars you may need to jockey them around at times. One way in and out of the parking area with little room to turn around if you have a truck or SUV. »

« Was welcoming for pets, interior was clean with absolute basics, large rooms sparcely furnished. disappointed in lack of consumables: 1 use of toilet paper on the roll and no replacements, no paper towels or tissues, no hand soap & no dish soap. Had to find store open after arriving late evening. Outside overgrown and trash laying around on sidewalk, front yard. Limited parking, on street only down block. »

« The property had not been cleaned when we arrived. Dirty sheets, food and dirt in some beds, clothes left in closet and sock under bed, no air in one bedroom but 3 small fans with chords tangled from a power block on the floor of the kids room. Manager had to come clean and change sheets and towels for us to stay one night. Canceled second night. »
