« We got there around 2am. Hoping they’d prorate a stay but charged us for a full night before our reservation. The room we got, floors were dirty, sheets had burn holes in them, the ceiling was falling off and had pieces hanging from it. Bathroom door wouldn’t close, and trying to get towels was like pulling teeth. I asked if the pool was closed, they said yes, but then opened it the night before we were leaving. Somehow we were double booked through Expedia for two hotels for our weekend stay and when I was charged by this hotel they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and Expedia did too. Probably cancelling my account due to this poor management and how it was handled- it felt like they just wanted the money. »

« The overnight staff was very professional and kind and made a good first impression.
The rooms were very clean and tidy.
I did have a slow-draining tub, but I let the staff know on checkout and the daytime staff was very apologetic about it and made note of the needed repair for their maintenance staff, and her concern appeared genuine.
Budget-friendly stay with top-notch staff. »
