« Accidentally booked 2 rooms a couple hours before showing up, and they made me pay for 2 rooms. Simple accident, but all sales are final, so travel insurance is a waste of money and a scam. The chairs were filthy like some kind of substance was dumped on them. The carpet looked like someone walked through with greasy boots. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and couldn’t drain. « A lot of kids stayed for sports tournaments and the breakfast bar was a mess due to them and staff could not keep up. »
