« This stay was perfect, and included full run of the upstairs portion of a house nestled in a nice neighborhood near the heart of Carrollton. The house was clean and provided much more than a couple of hotel rooms ... full kitchen, refrigerator, spacious, washer/dryer, and areas for our family was able to visit comfortably. If we find ourselves in Carrollton again, we'll definitely stay here. »

« Everything was great! Although the location is on a fairly busy road it is set far enough back that it is not an issue. Added bonus is that the property is pet friendly which our family always prefers being pet owners and lovers ourselves. »

« The house was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s located very close to the interstate and downtown. Very convenient location! Janice stayed in contact with us before, during, and after our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Her coffee was a super nice surprise and was so good! I’m happy I had enough left to bring back home with me to enjoy. We will definitely be back! »

« Property was clean and provided everything we could have needed; perfect size for our family of five. The view from the deck was beautiful. Location is close to gas stations, a dollar general and a few restaurants, which was convenient. Gloria (host) was very responsive and helpful! »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Almost Heaven. It was clean and comfortable and very relaxing. The views were beautiful from every room, and the screened porch was perfect for reading a book and napping. We brought our boat, and the boathouse was nice and accessible. We hope to come back soon! »

« This was truly a zero hassle experience with very clean and functional accommodations. The lake is very clean, peaceful, and relatively calm. The shallow beach area beyond the point provides great swimming and the paddle boards are wonderful. The house has lots of space and with multiple sitting areas for multiple groups to sit and hang out from the front living room with a tv, to the main living room, the comforable back porch, the fire pit aream, and even down at the point by the lake. « The 7 adults and a Frenchie had such a lovely weekend getaway at this property! The photos don’t really do it justice! Every BR has its own bath (even the loft).Incredible screened in porch on the main level and great firepit area off the entertainment area (smart TV and ping pong table) downstairs with the lake just a stone’s throw away! The hot tub was a perfect end to the evening! The host was super communicative and all the necessities provided.I would definitely stay here again! »
