« No complaints! It was quiet, the view is beautiful. The house had everything we needed. We did a lot of traveling over the weekend, the comfy beds and living room made it much more bearable!! We will definitely return. »

« The house had not been cleaned in who knows how long. The bottom of the bathtub was black and the tub mat was black as well. Floors were dirty. You could not take your shoes off without your feet or socks turning black. The first time I reached out about it not being cleaned, they acted like they would have someone come clean it the next day. The next day when I messaged about checking out early due to the homes condition, they never responded and no one had showed up to clean when we left. I...

« Very very clean and nice. Just as pictured. If you are going for four wheeling make sure you have your machines fueled up and all gas cans filled. Nearest gas station is about 30 minutes away.You can get on leatherwood trails from property. No.meed to trailor. Always a plus! »

« This property was nice. I recommend getting some plastic hangers and putting them on the poles in the room. Most travelers do not bring hangers. Also, have a lighter for the BBQ Grill. Can't always bring them on airplanes. Have some salt and pepper shakers, and non-stick spray. Check the propane on the fire pit. Overall, nice property but it could be a lot better with the small things. »

« We loved our stay here- so close to LMU! All was clean and worked well. Beds were comfortable with good linens. Nice living room set up for all to watch all of the streaming services. Bar in kitchen was popular hangout, and the kitchen has a nice bigger dining table. Host was amazingly communicative and kind. Highly recommend! »

« The house was in an excellent location and worked perfectly for our family celebration of my daughter's graduation from veterinary college! Everyone loved it, we had plenty of room for food and celebration, although I do wish we had a full size refrigerator. If we ever need accomodations in this area, we will definitely be utilizing this house! »

« Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. The house does have the amount of beds to sleep the listed amount of guests. The place would benefit from having enough bath towels for the number of guests it can accommodate. I took my own towels after reviewing a previous post. Extra toilet paper and plenty of hand soap in bathrooms would be nice as well. The other recommendation would be more chairs to eat at a table...
