« My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs »

« We needed a place to stay near Livingston, TX for a family event. We have had poor experiences with chain hotels and looked to rent a VRBO that could accommodate my wife & I, our two children, and a grandparent. It is down a country dirt road and is behind a garage of sorts that seems to be associated with a venue rental on the property. « Gentle Villa Retreat is a wonderful place to host a group. Our group of 27 ladies enjoyed the place, especially the pool and the hot tub. We had a movie night all in one room. We were able to all sit down an eat together and the same room was used for some group activities. The biggest thing was that there was enough parking. »

« Everything was as described. We had all we needed to enjoy a weekend of peace and tranquility. Enough room for 6 people and our dogs. « House is very clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. I stayed there for over 2 months for a job and the host was very quick to handle any issues or questions. "À premiĂšre vue, l’endroit paraissait propre. La literie l’était effectivement, heureusement. En revanche, le sol Ă©tait dans un tel Ă©tat qu’aprĂšs y avoir marchĂ©, nos pieds devenaient complĂštement noirs. À mon avis, il n’est jamais nettoyĂ©. Mis Ă  part ce point, le reste Ă©tait correct dans l’ensemble"
