« Dates booked were unavailable for the first couple weeks as prior guest was still there. They did put us up in a "temporary ". The prior guests' trash was still present and place was filthy and full of roaches/ants. A/C and hot water heater in small unit did not work and the deck was in need of repairs. Eventually the a/c unit was fixed, but never repaired hot water heater or deck. Communication was ongoing and our pets were welcomed. Majority of the office staff were friendly and helpful. ...

« The cabin had many insects and there was mold and mildew in the shower. Also outside restrooms were nadty, not clean at all!! »

« We did not have hot water. To find out the breaker was off and I had to find it and turn it on from under the house because maintenance is not available until Monday. We did not have utensils, trash bags, or hand soap. Utensils came with the house I booked. There was a cat staying on the porch and constantly knocking on the front door. The TV did not work and there was no internet.We were supposed to get a tiny house. Then we were told we were being moved to one identical to it, but ended up...

« We came to help our son move to another location. This was so very convenient for us, to get away from the stresses of moving. The area was well maintained and the wildlife was amazing to watch. Easy to contact management with any questions, response was immediately. We just appreciated the stay. Would return again.. highly recommend »

« Checking in was a breeze and we are very happy with Erica Fleece and her hospitality. All the emenities and peace and quiet you need to enjoy this nature's paradise! Alot of deer and even caught video of the alligator and river otters! »

« The amenities are not properly maintained my son was playing at the big park and while he was running up the steps, his foot went through a rotted piece of wood, and it cut his ankle and was very scary to us. He is eight years old and 68 pounds. A normal child’s size. The windows in the cabin are so thin and weak and old one broke during a storm that went on. I have to pay cleaning fees even if I book the same cabin 2 times in a row. And this place seems very rundown. »

« There were several issues that made it difficult for me to feel comfortable. There was black mold in the bathroom, promised cookware wasn’t available, and the mattress had holes. I appreciate your efforts, but these challenges significantly affected my experience. »

« This was a perfect little get-a-way, "glamping"... too hot to camp so stayed here, had sleeping bags on the floor with outdoor fun. Thank GOD for a/c, toilet and shower when the kids got hot or stinky! The deer and wild life were beautiful to see as well! »
