« Dates booked were unavailable for the first couple weeks as prior guest was still there. They did put us up in a "temporary ". The prior guests' trash was still present and place was filthy and full of roaches/ants. A/C and hot water heater in small unit did not work and the deck was in need of repairs. Eventually the a/c unit was fixed, but never repaired hot water heater or deck. Communication was ongoing and our pets were welcomed. Majority of the office staff were friendly and helpful. ...

« The cabin had many insects and there was mold and mildew in the shower. Also outside restrooms were nadty, not clean at all!! »

« We did not have hot water. To find out the breaker was off and I had to find it and turn it on from under the house because maintenance is not available until Monday. We did not have utensils, trash bags, or hand soap. Utensils came with the house I booked. There was a cat staying on the porch and constantly knocking on the front door.
