« Room was not clean. Shower door didn’t close. Bathroom sink completely clogged. Expedia never sent my booking into the hotel after the GM approved the date change so there was no reservation. I had to pay a slightly higher “walk in” rate. Still waiting on Expedia to refund my original payment. Front desk staff in evening was rude. GM was very helpful however. Never again booking with Expedia and certainly never staying here again. For not much more I could have stayed at a Hampton inn and had...
