« This cabin is extremely well thought out. Everything one would need in a home away from home. Mike responded to any questions quickly and was willing to get any additional item you might need to make the stay more comfortable. The decor is well thought out. There was more than enough space for 2 adults, 1 child and two small dogs. It was a pleasure staying here while in Tazewell to say goodbye to 3 recently departed loved ones. We highly recommend staying here. The price was reasonable. ...

« Customer service was great. We were notified before checking in that the AC wasnt working properly. The AC ended up taking 2 days to fix. While the situation wasnt ideal or convenient, the owners were very prompt with communication and gave us a discount for our inconvenience. The home was clean and very well stocked with towels, extra pillows, and bedding. Kitchen was stocked great to accommodate our large group.
