« I would not recommend staying based on my experience.The biggest issue was the air conditioning. During my stay, the outside “feels like” temperature reached 111F. Even with both the ceiling fan and a floor fan running, the bedroom never cooled down enough to sleep comfortably. After two nights, the AC stopped blowing cold air altogether, making the home unbearable during the heat advisory.There were also other maintenance issues. « The house is cozy and has its own character. We enjoyed the location close to the lake and to Clear Lake Downtown, just a few minutes drive. »

« Our family stayed here over Labor Day weekend. This property offered plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The upstairs living space has plenty of seating and great views of the Lake. Open the large windows for a great breeze off the Lake. Blackout shades throughout the home. The home is really well insulated so when the baby wakes up early, or some want to stay up late playing games, the rest of the house can still sleep. Parking for 4 vehicles. »
