« Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Very comfortable space. Host very responsive to requests. Appreciate the towels laid out so nicely. Very enjoyable time. »

« We had 10 of us starting for the weekend and had a great time. The check in was confusing because they had a different phone number than my own? Also the place could use a good dusting. But all in all it served its purpose and we had a great time! »

« Lots of room to unwind and refresh. Close to downtown and highways. Well equipped and updated. Appreciated the hospitable gestures of drinks in fridge, etc. and convenience of laundry room. On a kinda busy street, but noise minimal and parking readily available at nearby side street. »

« Great house in a convenient location! Everything was as described and we were very happy with the home. Would stay again! »

« House was a wonderful mix of old architecture that has been remodeled. We had planned for seven guests but only two of us end up being able to come. Therefore, we did not use all the rooms and features. House was well stocked with everything you need. Air conditioner was more than adequate. We were impressed that the owners have a radon pump installed so we know they go above and beyond for the health of occupants. « Very nice place with everything we needed. The place felt very clean and comfy. Perfect location just minutes from downtown with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline. One detail that stood out from other properties we’ve stayed in was that the light switches were all labeled. I wish everyone did this! Highly recommend!! »

« Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! I would definitely rent again! »

« My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s very beautiful and lovely home. There is more than enough room for the whole family to eat and hang out and talk. The beds are very comfortable we slept like babies. The neighbor was very quiet not a lot traffic. We really enjoyed our stay at the house, plan to return. « Had a group of friends come stay in Cinci for Cubs Reds game, this was a great location for us and in a nice location with plenty to walk to. Parking was a little tight but we knew this going into the trip. Host was responsive and attentive, providing us with suggestions and plenty of information. Check out was amazing, I'm not a fan of having to semi clean a place when we are already paying a "cleaning fee" this was not the case. »

« Low key, out of the way but close to all amenities, my family including our toddler felt at home and comfortable. The owner was great and fast at answering all of our questions, the check in and out was as easy as it gets. Would highly recommend. »

« What a lovely home this is. Our trip was so chaotic, and it was the first time we used VRBO. You folks were wonderful! Quick to respond and assist us, not just polite but personable. What a view from the top deck, too! I need more stars to complete my review! Ten thumbs up from all of us!! Thank you! »

« The property was close to the hospital, which was great! The house has been updated and had new items, washer and dryer, kitchen supplies, etc. It would be great for families with kids, two full baths and two half baths was also nice. We didn't get to fully appreciate all the amenities. I would stay again. Wouldn't recommend for anyone who couldn't do stairs. »

« Property was as described. It was easy to find and we felt safe. There were directions to get in for in case the key pad did not work, which it did not. Easy breasy check in. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, MUCH appreciated. Enough room to spread out and relax after a great evening of sight seeing. Highly recommend this stay! »
